If a thread still exists, it is findable via search, there's zero need to necro it. A new city will take time to develop a healthy income and your population will need to grow before you will be able to afford the roads you want to use. Each segment of road you deploy will have an upkeep cost.

I've seen a few threads get closed on here due to necroing, though. Limited money is fine, but theres a reason for why those more sophisticated roads are unlocked as your population grows. I dont see an option to make it unlimited again. On the save file, it shows unlimited money and loads into the game with unlimited money, then disables it and shows my city 23 million in the hole (no possible way to climb out of that). Not sure if it's a strict rule here, but in other places necroing can lead to a ban. After todays update unlimited Money is not working. Now I'm expecting someone to come along after this post and yell necro yet again. This way you can avoid the extra step of fidgeting with the loan thing described higher up in the thread. Once theyve maxed out at level 5, housing will put millions in the citys bank. Note: Some additional info for those interested in the OP's topic, in case you haven't figured it out, you can search for your current money if you just add 2 more digits since the money value is stored as cents. While youre there there is also the unlock all buildings. Sometimes "necroing" keeps old posts, that still have relevant info, as findable when searching for a topic. Yet here we are nearly 2 years later, and the information is still relevant.I agree with Thirsk.
